Important information about City and Guilds 2391-20 examinations:
All City and Guilds 2391-20 written examinations are known as "dated entry" examinations. This means that there are a limited number of specific dates that City and Guilds releases throughout the year, when City and Guilds 2391-20 written examinations can take place. We do advise delegates who book a City and Guilds 2391-20 course, to check with us when the examination will take place - please be aware that after a certain "cut off" period, which is normally 6 weeks prior to the date of the actual examination, that delegates will be subject to a "late entry examination fee".
All written examination papers are marked by an appointed City and Guilds examiner, with results not normally available for around 8 to 10 weeks - any delays in marking written examination papers is generally outside of our control, however, we will advise you of your result by post and/or e mail as soon as we have been notified.
Your project work examination result is normally available within 10 weeks of submission, however please be aware that any project that you submit must be certified as entirely your own work - you can use CAD software for the purposes of drawing take offs.
