Major Training Commitment
A major engineering consortium has partnered with Total Electrical Training in order to ensure that all dedicated engineering personnel are in receipt
of the very latest electrical qualifications. The range of training that will be delivered will Include City and Guilds 17th edition qualifications. as well as the full suite of testing and inspecting courses. The majority of the training will be carried out on site at the request of the consortium. Commenting on this recent success, Chris Atkin, Managing Director say’s “we beat off some stiff competition, but by working flexibly with this important customer and by providing a full training needs analysis as part of the agreement, the order was placed with us”. Utilising the dedicated technical training team, Total Electrical Training expects the bulk of the training to be completed by March ’09.

Enhanced Mobile Technical Training
Total Electrical Training has launched this summer, another great new training service; a mobile technical and assessment solution that allows our assessors and trainers to provide a complete onsite training package at client premises or at a suitable alternative location.
Although many clients enjoy the benefits of our Harlow, Weybridge and Birmingham based Training Centres, there are many advantages to booking onsite training using our mobile technical facility. For example Total Electrical Training can often deliver more targeted training sessions at client's premises. This flexibility also means that it is easier to deliver training where large numbers of employees need to be trained, for example as part of an ongoing requirement to bring a greater number up to an acceptable standard of understanding.

Accreditation Approval Granted
Total Electrical Training is extremely pleased to announce that the company has been granted special early accreditation by City and Guilds to deliver the full range of testing and inspecting qualifications. City and Guilds have awarded these accreditations in acknowledgement of the technical competence and proven track record that Total Electrical Training has demonstrated as part of the technical approvals process. Commenting on the recent visit by one of the leading external verifiers from City and Guilds, George Wilson, the technical director say’s, “this recent accreditation now provides the company with a family of qualifications for the professional electrical engineer”. Total Electrical Training offers all the 17th edition qualifications direct from City and Guilds as well as the three inspecting and testing awards. Courses are available from all of the main training centres.
