Course Prices/Fees:
Course prices on this web site are listed on a “per single” delegate basis and include all training fees, examination fees, use of equipment as appropriate and all course materials.. Course prices are correct at time of going to press but may be subject to increase. Please note that the course fee does not normally include the cost of any appropriate books such as the 17th edition BS 7671:2008 wiring regulations, Guidance Note 3 etc....If you need any advice about which books you need on any of our courses, please don't hesitate to contact us.

All prices shown on this web site are correct at this time and are not subject to any additional discounts. We do reserve the right to post price increases on the web site. Please note that VAT is applied to all courses fees but not to any books purchased.

Disclaimer:
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate delegates on the booked and chosen date at our facilities, Total Electrical Training reserves the right to use alternative training facilities if deemed appropriate.

Reservations and confirmations:
Total Electrical Training has a strict policy of not reserving course places.All bookings that are fully paid for are confirmed with eitherv an e mail or by letter. This is your acknowledgement of booking.

Payments:
For all non-account customers, all payments must be made by credit card through our secure booking facility on this web site. You can also pay by cheque by prior arrangement although your course booking will not be confirmed until the cheque has cleared. All cheques are made payable to "Total Electrical Training" and forwarded by post to:

A sales receipt invoice will be issued prior to the start date of the course. Payment must be received and cleared prior to the start of the course. Customers paying by bankers draft must send proof of transfer from their bank.
Total Electrical Training will refuse admission onto a course in the event of a failure by a customer to pay the full course fees prior to the start of the course.
Please note that for account customers, special conditions apply and are by prior arrangement.

International Reservations:
All payments must be made in either GPB sterling by credit card or by bankers draft.

Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation* by a delegate or by a company, cancellation fees will be due as set out below:

1 to 21 days prior to course commencement
100% of the course fee

21 to 28 days prior to course commencement
50% of course fee

Total Electrical Training reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason prior to the start of the course. In the event of cancellation by the Total Electrical Training, delegates will be notified as soon as is practicably possible – alternative dates will be offered however, if this is not possible to fulfil due to delegate work commitments or some other reason, a full refund of all fees will be offered.

Course Materials and Copyright:
Total Electrical Training asserts it's rights in respect of the content of the interpretation of all syllabus's, any courses derived from such syllabus's and all associated course material and instructional tutorials. All materials, handouts etc, are to be only used as part of the training and instructions given to delegates whilst in attendance. By paying for and attending a course and pay for a course, all course delegates aagree to cknowledge that all rights in the content of courses and all course materials shall be owned by Total Electrical Training and that delegates will not obtain any rights whatsoever in such content or materials. Any written materials, be they manuals, hand outs and/or technical resources, are owned by Total Electrical Training and are subject to copywrite.

Confidentiality:
By agreeing to attend a course delegates agree to keep confidential any information that may arise from either other delegates or any technicalinformation pertaining to any practical assessments carried out.

Rights of Third Parties:
This agreement does not create, or infer any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 which are enforceable by any person who is not a party to the agreement.

Miscellaneous:
Total Electrical Training will not be liable for any travel or other expenses incurred by the delegates attending courses. Total Electrical Training will not be held responsible for delegates personal effects and motor vehicle theft or any other damage whatsoever.

Delegates agree to comply with relevant Total Electrical Training health and safety policies and procedures at all times during the course. Where any delegate does not comply with a specific request, that delegate will be asked to leave the course immediately with no refund of course fees. Any delegate misbehaving, or acting in a way that would be an impediment to other course delegates will be asked to leave the course immediately with no refund of course fees. Any delegate not complying with Total Electrical Training’s equal opportunities policywill be asked to leave the course immediately with no refund of course fees. All delegates attending any course with Total Electrical Training agree to be bound by these terms.

While you can be assured that training courses provided by Total Electrical Traini8ng are covered by appropriate insurance protection, companies should note that Total Electrical Training will not be liable for loss or damage caused by their delegate(s) to others. We reccomend that any companies that are sending delegates to recieve training at one of our training centre's should ensure that they have appropriate public liability insurance cover in place for their delegates/employees..
